Om våra fadderskolbarn
Stiftelsen Agape Norrköping har fadderskolbarn i tre länder: Rwanda, Kenya och Albanien. Vi hjälper barn från väldigt fattiga förhållanden att få sin skolavgift betald. Det blir en effektiv hjälp – inte bara till det enskilda barnet – utan dessutom både till hela familjen och till den kristna skolan. Vi arbetar bara med skolor som vi själva har besökt och där vi känner att vi kan lita på personerna i ledningen. De måste också redovisa till oss hur pengarna använts.

Möt våra fadderskolbarn från Kenya här nedan och se om du inte skulle vilja ge 300, 500 eller kanske 1000 kr regelbundet, eller vilken annan summa som helst, för att stödja något barn och ge det barnet den allra bästa utbildning de kan få. Så görs världen till en bättre plats – i små, små steg.
Jerine
Jerine Akinyi - Grade 5
Jerine lost both parents when she was a toddler. She has been in the orphanage since she was 2 years old. She likes singing in the church and would like to become a nurse when she grows up. Sponsoring her will help her to pursue her dreams.
Dorine
Dorine Atieno - Grade 5
Dorine is an orphan likes to smile and who loves everyone. She is the best English student in her class and hopes to one day become a journalist. She lives at the orphanage and is in need of a caring sponsor.
Lydia
Lydia Achieng - Grade 4
Lydia is an orphan in our school who was the only child in her family. Her mother was HIV positive and died one evening while breastfeeding Lydia in her arms. Lydia breastfed from her lifeless mother until morning. When the news broke, one lady adopted her and continued to breastfeed her for one full year. She was eventually left at the orphanage. Lydia would like to be a surgeon when she grows up. Can you think about sponsoring her?
Fidel
Fidel Castro - Grade 6
Fidel is an orphan who was born out of wedlock. His mother died of HIV aids. When she was sick he would go around and beg for food, causing him to miss a lot of school. He would like to be a preacher in order to reach the souls of everyone around him. Sponsorship would help him see this dream become a reality.
Timon
Timon Ochieng - Grade 3
Timon is an orphan that was rescued from child abuse. He was a slave, forced to look after someone’s home. He had no possessions at all. He is very bright, loves animals and would one day like to become a veterinarian. Sponsorship is his only hope.
Stacey
Stacey Shannie - Grade 3
Stacey’s mother died in March of 2020. She had been living with her 91 year old grandmother, but due to suffering from malnutrition she has become an orphan. She loves the church and would like to become a nurse someday in order to help the people in her community. Would you consider sponsoring her to help her achieve her dreams?
Diana & Linet
Diana & Linet Sweenie - twins
Diana & Linet are orphan twins who were born with an extra ordinary love for each other. When one is sick, they both become sick. Both of their parents are dead. They would like to become pilots one day. They would also like to some day get married to men that will not separate them. The perfect scenario would be for them to have one sponsor…together. Sponsorship would help them to break the cycle of poverty in their lives.
